These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Lake Victoria Resort LLC website and property-management services. By using the service or completing a reservation, you agree to these Terms and to the cancellation, payment, occupancy, safety, and property rules presented for your booking.
Reservations and availability
Search results, quotes, temporary holds, and payment do not by themselves guarantee a confirmed reservation. Direct guest bookings require resort review, and a reservation is confirmed only when the PMS displays a confirmed status after that review. Stay intervals use the displayed arrival and departure dates. Occupancy and age requirements shown for the selected accommodation apply.
Prices, taxes, fees, and payments
The authoritative checkout identifies the accommodation price, applicable taxes and required fees, selected extras, total, deposit or amount due, currency, and payment schedule. Payment processing is provided by Stripe. A browser payment screen or bank authorization alone does not prove that payment was completed; the PMS records payment only after verified provider confirmation.
Changes, cancellations, and refunds
The cancellation policy displayed during checkout is captured with the reservation and governs that booking. Contact the resort to request a date, accommodation, occupancy, or guest change. A requested change is not effective until confirmed by the PMS. Eligible charges, refunds, credits, receipts, and corrected documents appear in the guest’s trip record when issued.
Guest responsibilities
Guests must provide accurate booking and contact information, protect access links and account credentials, comply with occupancy and safety limits, follow posted property and watercraft rules, respect other guests and neighbors, and report hazards or damage promptly. The person making the reservation is responsible for ensuring that accompanying guests understand applicable rules.
Transactional SMS terms
Text messaging is optional and is not a condition of purchase. If you check the separate SMS-consent box, you agree to receive transactional text messages from Lake Victoria Resort at the mobile number you provide. Messages may concern booking requests, confirmations, changes, payments, arrival, checkout, waitlist availability, or guest support. No marketing texts are sent under this transactional consent.

- Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You represent that you are authorized to use the mobile number supplied. Tell us if that number changes. Opting out of SMS does not cancel a reservation and does not prevent service messages through the secure trip page or email when available.
Electronic communications
You agree that reservation records, policy acceptances, notices, receipts, and other communications may be provided electronically. Keep your email address and mobile number current and retain copies needed for your records.
Service availability and third parties
We work to keep the website available, but maintenance, internet or carrier interruptions, provider outages, weather, and events outside our reasonable control may delay service. Third-party payment, email, SMS, mapping, or other services are also subject to their own terms and availability.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information, including mobile numbers and SMS-consent data.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms prospectively as the service or legal requirements change. The version accepted with a completed reservation remains part of that reservation’s record. The “Last updated” date identifies the current website version.
